PX90 Day 1

I bought the whole thing from ebay. Today I did shoulders and back. Mostly pushups and pullup type exercises of which I can't do, so I did modified versions where I could or I just did bicep type curls/exercises with 8 lb dumbbells if I couldn't do that exercise.

I can't lift my arms now. My wrists hurt (carpal tunnel) so I'm going to have to be careful. P90X at 280 pounds isn't easy. Those guys are in damn good shape with BIG GUNS.
