Today I hit 19 1/2 stone. That equates to 273 pounds. I feel pretty good about that but it's certainly slower than I want. I have more success with watching what I eat than I do with working out. I'm about to change out my clothes to size 24 -- within 10 pounds of that happening I'd say. All clothes are cut differently but that's about what I'd guess.
