Regrouping today....

I haven't lost any weight in a month.

Therefore I need to regroup. Today I will:



  • Focus on getting 80 oz of fluids


  • Have a protein shake 3 times for 60 grams of protein a day



  • Exercise for 30 minutes


  • I want to do this for the 2 1/2 weeks that my co-worker Caroline is out of the office and see what happens on the scale.
